Nell’s Vintage Homeware will be appearing at the Harringay Farmer’s Market on Sunday 26 May between 11am-3pm. You’ll find me under a green gazebo surrounded by cermaic lettuce leaves. I am strangely drawn to them … hope you like them too. Sneak-preview stock pictures to follow …

After a long winter retreat, Nell’s is back on the market. This time, I’m heading south of the river to The Barn Church in Kew on Saturday 6 April. The table will be laid with elegant French earthenware and pewter of all shapes and sizes – come back soon for a sneaky stock preview …
Lovely is as lovely does
On Sunday, myself and a select group of stallholders set up shop in the sun-baked room above the Victoria pub in Mornington Crescent, London. Amanda and Christine managed to get us a mention in Time Out (rather embarrassed of my neat highlighting now … ), London blog, A Little Bird and even Remodelista – my all time favourite design blog.
Sunshine + sneaky half pint of Guinness + posh pub lunch (courtesy of Mick the Fish) + visits from Ma, big sis, Rache and tiny Ellis + visits from general buying public = A lovely day for a merchant.

For my next outing, I’ll be propping up the bar at The Lovely Merchants on Sunday 25 November, at The Victoria, 2 Mornington Terrace, London NW1 7RR. The event is curated by Christina Wilson, photographer, and online shopkeeper Amanda Cox of Nonesuchthings and promises to be a civilised, cinnamon-scented affair.
Fireworks = Christmas
The Costa del Sol comes to Crouch End (in a good way)
After an epic European road trip via Raymond’s brocante barns in the Charantes and a sprawling carboot in er, Torremolinos (don’t judge til you’ve seen the teaset …) Nell’s is back in north London this Friday evening at The Haberdashery from 7.30pm. Anyone been before? I think there’s red wine and everything …
